My mission is to empower students worldwide by providing high-quality mentorship and hands-on experience in the world of coding and technology. I believe in nurturing future tech leaders and equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving field of computer science.
Meet Nilay Arangil
At the heart of HoustonMentors.org is me, Nilay Arangil, a passionate coach and educator with extensive experience in teaching advanced programming concepts. I work closely with organizations like the Malayali Engineers Association and Namawdar, collaborating with them to provide mentorship to students across the globe.
With a strong background in Python programming and Raspberry Pi, I have tutored over 15 engineering students in India, helping them master advanced concepts in these areas. My approach blends theoretical knowledge with real-world application, ensuring that students not only understand coding but also how to use it to solve real-world challenges.
In addition to Python, I have expertise in web development with ASP.NET and the MVC framework, Django, and Azure AI services. These skills enable me to mentor students on full-stack development, cloud solutions, and AI-powered applications.
Through HoustonMentors.org, I continue to lead and inspire students to reach their full potential in technology, making a lasting impact on their educational journey and careers.
